I had a mostly enjoyable stay at the Altis Grand Hotel, with a fantastic location near museums and restaurants, and some very attentive staff. However, I encountered a few niggles, such as the swimming pool closing early at 8 PM and some inconsistencies in housekeeping service. Overall, it was a good experience that I would consider repeating in the future.

However, the room did lack a mirror outside of the bathroom, making it somewhat inconvenient for getting ready.

I found the service to be really good overall. Staff members were friendly and eager to help with any requests I had. For instance, the concierge, Beatriz, was particularly attentive and made my stay feel more personalized. On the downside, there were a couple of times when housekeeping didn't clean my room as thoroughly as I would have liked, but they quickly addressed my concerns.
