I had a mostly enjoyable stay at the Altis Grand Hotel, with a fantastic location near museums and restaurants, and some very attentive staff. However, I encountered a few niggles, such as the swimming pool closing early at 8 PM and some inconsistencies in housekeeping service. Overall, it was a good experience that I would consider repeating in the future.

Rooms
8.0
The room was spacious and clean, but I felt it could have been a bit larger for the price. I appreciated the modern decor and high-quality amenities, which contributed to a comfortable stay. However, the room did lack a mirror outside of the bathroom, making it somewhat inconvenient for getting ready.
Service
9.0
I found the service to be really good overall. Staff members were friendly and eager to help with any requests I had. For instance, the concierge, Beatriz, was particularly attentive and made my stay feel more personalized. On the downside, there were a couple of times when housekeeping didn't clean my room as thoroughly as I would have liked, but they quickly addressed my concerns.
Location
9.0
The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring Lisbon, being a short walk from Avenida Street and many museums. I loved how convenient it was to reach bars and restaurants. The only downside was that some areas were a bit hilly, which could make walking a bit more strenuous for some travelers.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was quite nice with a good variety of options, including some cooked-to-order items. I especially enjoyed the sparkling wine offering (who doesn't love a little bubbly in the morning?). However, I did notice that some hot choices could have been more plentiful or kept at a suitable temperature, which was a slight letdown.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel facilities were quite nice, including a well-maintained rooftop terrace that served delicious cocktails. Although the swimming pool was a lovely area, I wished it stayed open longer than 8 PM. Overall, the amenities added a touch of relaxation to my stay.

I had a great experience at Altis Grand Hotel, from the comfortable rooms with electric shades to the excellent breakfast spread. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, making my stay nice. However, the rooftop restaurant's service could be improved, as I noticed some unprofessional attitudes during lunch. Overall, it was a solid choice. 😊

Breakfast was a highlight, offering an extensive and delicious buffet spread, although it lacked an omelette station. I did notice that the rooftop restaurant service was lacking, and the food was not up to par during my visit.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Altis Grand Hotel, particularly appreciating the spacious and clean rooms (which was a plus for a family of five). The friendly and attentive staff contributed significantly to my overall experience, although there were moments where the reception service could have been more welcoming. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of lovely options, but it could benefit from a bit more variety throughout the week. The rooftop bar provided a great atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring Lisbon.

My stay at Altis Grand Hotel was generally enjoyable. the staff was exceptionally welcoming and the breakfast spread was impressive. However, there were a few minor issues with my room, such as the promised city view being somewhat obstructed and the shower design being a bit inconvenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its service and location, but it could benefit from some improvements.

Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious and clean, but I was disappointed that the city view was not as expected. there was an office block directly outside my window. Also, the bathroom design posed a bit of a challenge with the shower glass being too close to the sink.
Service

The service here was great. the staff was friendly, attentive, and remembered my preferences by the second day. It really felt like they valued my stay, making me feel at home.

My stay at the Altis Grand Hotel was a blend of highlights and drawbacks. The spacious room was inviting, and the complimentary treats made me feel special. However, I encountered issues at check-in and found the gym equipment needed updating, which was disappointing. Overall, it had great potential but showed signs of wear.

Rooms

I loved the spacious double room, though some amenities, like the wardrobe layout, could use improvement. The cleanliness was up to par, but I did find some areas needing a bit more attention.
